Gabe graduated from York University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He then attended the University of Western Ontario Law School, graduating in 2009. He was called to the bar in 2010, having completed his articles of clerkship at a boutique litigation firm in London, Ontario.

Gabe joined Laxton Glass LLP following his call to the bar, and he practices in the area of insurance litigation, including first and third party claims and disputes between insurers. He is a member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers.

When he is away from the office, Gabe enjoys playing basketball and golf, playing guitar, cooking and cycling through Toronto's beautiful parks.
