LAWYER

Bianca received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law in 2023. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. After law school, Bianca articled at a prominent civil litigation firm in Toronto, before joining Laxton Glass in 2024.

She has experience in the litigation of personal injury and medical malpractice claims, along with class actions. She has successfully appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and License Appeal Tribunal. She is involved in the litigation of tort and accident benefits claims, including first and third-party claims, priority and loss transfer disputes, construction, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, and slip and falls. She is currently a member of the Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates Society, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Outside of the office, Bianca enjoys travelling, visiting cozy cafes, reading, doing Pilates, and spending time in nature. Bianca is fluent in Farsi.
