Lawyer
We are a busy, growing and energetic insurance litigation firm with an active practice in all insurance related matters and, in particular, personal injury, accident benefits (including priority disputes and loss transfer disputes), professional liability and property losses. We offer an opportunity to lawyers with 1-2 years of related insurance litigation experience.
Law Clerk
The successful candidate will manage insurance defence matters from file opening through to resolution. Specific responsibilities include drafting pleadings, status reports and synopsis memos; assembling case materials; preparation for trials and arbitrations; and communicating with counsel and clients.
Legal Assistant
