Nigel received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020. In law school, Nigel demonstrated a passion for advocacy, participating in and judging competitive moots. Eager to make an impact, Nigel volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and spent a semester out of the classroom at a litigation focused intensive placement. Nigel has built up extensive experience advocating before courts in both Ontario and British Columbia.

Since joining Laxton Glass LLP in the summer of 2020, Nigel has developed a keen interest in the areas of accident benefits, fraud and priority disputes. Though no two files are the same, he especially enjoys cases involving rare or novel issues of law. 

Outside of work, Nigel enjoys recording music from his home studio and cooking with his partner. One will often find Nigel out and about exploring Toronto, taking in as much of its vibrant and diverse culture as he possibly can.
