Nicole graduated from Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies. She then attended the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and obtained both her LL.B. and LL.M. After a term with the federal government, Nicole joined Laxton Glass LLP. She worked at the firm while obtaining her National Committee on Accreditation Certificate, articled with the firm and became an associate upon her call to the Ontario Bar in 2014. 

Nicole is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society.  She represents insurers on a variety of matters including those before the Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Ontario Small Claims Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.     Her practice includes all aspects of tort and accident benefits claims, including catastrophic claims and large property losses.

Nicole heads the Laxton Glass Movember Campaign, which raised over $125,000.00 in its first six years.  Outside of work, Nicole can be found spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, and tending to her shoe collection.
